Terms and Conditions: Research Use Only (UK Medicines Regulation Alignment)

1. Statutory Exclusion from UK Medicines Framework

  • Not a medicinal product: All products supplied by this company are explicitly not medicinal products as defined under Regulation 2 of the UK Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
  • No therapeutic or medicinal purpose: Products are not intended to prevent, treat, cure, diagnose, or mitigate any disease, ailment, or physiological vulnerability in humans.
  • No pharmacological function: These products are not intended to restore, correct, or modify physiological functions by exerting pharmacological, immunological, or metabolic actions in humans or animals.
  • Purely laboratory chemicals: All items are sold exclusively as raw analytical reference materials, reagents, or open-ended compounds intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research and development.

2. Absolute Ban on Human and Veterinary Use

  • Human consumption prohibited: Under no circumstances are these products to be used for human ingestion, injection, topical application, inhalation, or any other method of administration.
  • Animal testing prohibited: Products must not be administered to livestock, companion animals, or any living veterinary subjects.
  • Exclusion of clinical trials: These materials are not manufactured to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for human clinical trials and must not be used in any human trial environments.

3. Mandatory Safety, Storage, and Separation

  • Keep away from children: Products are highly experimental chemicals and must be stored securely out of reach and sight of children at all times.
  • Keep away from pets: Products must be kept completely inaccessible to pets, domestic animals, and wildlife.
  • No domestic use or storage: These materials must never be delivered to, stored in, or introduced into a domestic household, kitchen, or residential area.
  • Laboratory containment: Products must only be handled inside a professional laboratory setting equipped with appropriate containment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

4. Absolute Suppression of Medicinal Presentation

  • No medical claims: The buyer agrees that no staff member, documentation, or marketing from this website has made or will make medicinal, therapeutic, or health-performance claims regarding these products.
  • No implied efficacy: Any research data, structural data, or scientific articles listed on this site are for global educational reference only and do not constitute usage instructions, dosing guidelines, or implicit health advice.
  • Immediate cancellation for misuse: Any communication from the buyer (via email, order notes, or support tickets) referencing human dosing, cycles, health benefits, physical side effects, or medical treatment will result in an immediate, irrevocable cancellation of the order and a permanent account ban.

5. Buyer Capacity and Legal Indemnification

  • Qualified professionals only: By purchasing, you certify that you are an independent researcher, laboratory technician, or institution representative aged 18 or over, acting in a professional capacity.
  • Regulatory reporting: The buyer acknowledges that we reserve the right to report suspicious procurement patterns or suspected intent for illicit human distribution to the MHRA or appropriate UK law enforcement.

Total indemnity: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the seller from any regulatory fines, litigation, health damages, or legal costs arising from a breach of these terms or the unauthorized diversion of these products into human or animal use.
