At Seren Labs, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–4 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the address.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging
  • Photographs of the affected item(s)

This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
